My Device is focused on achieving and delivering high quality service and first class workmanship for its clients. Our pricing structure is designed to provide an accurate and a fair cost for the client. More often with fixed price quotations, corners are often cut, to have the job completed within the estimated time quoted. We have found, based on previous experience it is difficult to accurately give estimation due to unforeseen complications, e.g. damaged cables, poor terminations, and unexpected problems that may occur beyond our control. It is our belief that fixed price quotations do not reflect the real cost of the programming & commissioning and in most cases is in favour of the programmer.

If a fixed quotation is necessary, certain prerequisites need to be met.  In order for the My Device team to most accurately quote your project we ask you provide:

• Complete equipment list
• Functional brief & end client expectations
• Schematics (where possible)

From the information provided, a site visit may be required, but in most cases detailed information is sufficient.  The My Device team will then send you a SIP(Systems Integration Proposal) Document.  This document will be a detailed description of the deliverables of the project and a formal quotation.  A Service Agreement will also be sent.

On acceptance of the Quotation, we require the Service Agreement signed and returned.  The My Device team will then be in contact to schedule a commencement date.
