If it has not been done before, or said to be impossible, then we are the guys to turn too.  We love a challenge and getting our hands dirty.  However first and foremost we will always suggest a tried and proven solution, before we endeavour into uncharted territories.  Any new cutting edge designs or solutions we do commit too, is stress tested in-house before we release anything to you.

My Device can provide custom Windows application development.

The GUI (Graphical User Interface) is the most important part of any integration system.  It is usually the sole device that allows your end client to interact with all your hard work.  It does not matter, whether your installed systems are worth $5K or $500K, if your GUI is not simple and intuitive or does not work first time every time, then the system you have just installed is not worth $1 in the eyes of your client.

A well designed layout is key. This is why at My Device we take our time to put the most into the design of a GUI.  We believe a great design should be:

  • Intuitive
  • Ergonomic
  • Flowing
  • Good Looking

Many Commercially available templates, look fantastic, but have not gone the extra step.  My Device has thought about which device the template will be used on, how the client will hold the device, making sure the most common keys are easy to access and therefore making the layout ergonomic. Making sure the design flows, so the client can easily access common functions, without navigating back through multiple pages.  If your client can utilise the system with little or no instructions at all, then the layout has hit the mark.

My Device provides free technical support for all of our drivers.

My Device can also offer technical support for RTI based on a hourly rate.
